We all want that perfectly shaped body. Celebrities and models seem to own it well. This fact apparently makes women go the extra miles to reach that kind of perfection through cosmetic procedures. Moreover, following a strict diet and regular gym sessions doesn't seem to show instant results that surgical treatments to. Thus, going under the knife is a chosen method for many of these women despite the rigorous workouts they do.
Lipo Sculpture
One of the most popular plastic surgeries is Lipo sculpture. Lipo sculpture is an innovative way to remove excessive fat on the tummy area and shape it to create a refined body shape. VASER Lipo Sculpture is a high tech method of surgery that can help a patient to achieve an athletic body. A precise method is done to remove the fat under the skin and improve the visibility of the muscles of the abs. For both males and females, lipo sculpture offers the solution to have a perfectly shaped waist, breasts, chest and even arms.
VASER lipo sculpture is the most advanced technique and it is scientifically proven to improve appearance. VASER stands for Vibration Amplification of Sound Energy at Resonance. It works by giving the right contour and shape for natural outcomes. Thus, this surgical procedure offers an invisible scar to make the abs look natural. Other areas that can use lipo sculpture include: thighs, waist, neck, ankles, chin, knees, buttocks, arms and breasts. It is one of the most effective methods because of the advanced technology it uses.
How VASER Lipo Sculpture Works
The VASER method makes an incision on the area you want to be treated. It uses ultrasound waves that enables the tool to break down the fats, and then the fat is sucked out by a tube. However, it is safe because it doesn't affect the other tissues or blood vessels that surround the area. Moreover, the post procedure allows the patient to have less pain and a quick recovery. VASER lipo sculpture provides less trauma after the fats are removed.
VASER Lipo sculpture is a safe method, as the FDA has approved the use of the technology. What’s more, the surgical procedure is an innovation in the world of surgery because it offers a great deal of benefits with less side effects.
VASER Lipo Sculpture for Women
Women who wish to have breast augmentation can also benefit from this lipo sculpturing method. It defines and refines the shape of your breasts to improve your figure. Moreover, many women also show signs of aging on the breasts as they begin sagging. This way, they can get the benefit of lipo sculpture to eliminate those aging signs and make their appearance look vibrant and youthful. The breasts are enhanced so that they look firmer. As we know, breasts are a symbol of femininity and many women would go the extra mile to keep their youthful appearance with a breast lift. VASER Lipo sculpture provides an efficient and instant procedure to obtain the perfect shape.

Medial Thigh Lift- Get a smoother, leaner and sexy results.
If you have excessive skin and fat deposits on the medial thighs, which you can't get rid of either with exercise or with diet, the best solution is a Medial Thigh Lift procedure that will give your thighs a beautiful appearance. This is currently one of the most popular cosmetic procedures, because it can significantly minimize and reshape this part of your body. Although it doesn't help with weight loss on its own, it is still very effective when it comes to the surgical removal of fat layer deposits and cellulite removal on areas where any other procedure isn't this successful—and this procedure surely provides excellent results: change in body shape.
How is a Medial Thigh Lift Performed?
This procedure essentially removes excessive fat tissue from medial thigh area together with the cells on which fat deposits. So, if you exercise regularly and maintain balanced weight, you don't have to worry that fat will return on the medial thighs—this will never happen after a professional medial thigh lift. Because the goal of the medial thigh lift is not weight loss, but essentially reshaping the medial thighs, the results are immediately visible, and this is the reason why it’s a popular plastic surgery procedure, both among women and men.
Good Candidates for a Medial Thigh Lift
Good candidates for this procedure are men and women about 18 years of age, of normal body weight, elastic skin, with deposits of fat on the medial thighs. It is very important that the patient doesn't have unrealistic expectations about the procedure results. When one wants to decide about this procedure, it is important to understand all the facts, have realistic expectations about results, and be in good physical and psychological health. Thus, it is important to consult a certified plastic surgeon about all the details of the procedure itself and the results, before making a final decision.
Preparation for a Medial Thigh Lift
There are several phases of preparation. If you are a smoker, it is recommended that you stop smoking 4-6 weeks before surgery. Two weeks prior surgery you should stop taking aspirin, herbal medicines, or other supplements and certain medications (which prevent inflammation), because their active substances could cause significant hemorrhage.
When you come to consultations with your surgeon, you should discuss your expectations; you should tell in detail about your illnesses and any medical therapy you use; and inform the surgeon if you have any allergies (medicines or food). The plastic surgeon will probably take a few photos of your medial thighs, and instruct you that you shouldn't eat or drink 8 hours prior to the surgery.
Medial Thigh Lift Procedure
During the procedure, you will be under total anesthesia. This is a very safe procedure with a very low percentage of possible complications. The plastic surgeon will first make a small incision to place a small tube inside that will serve for removal of excess fat tissue.
Recovery Process
After this plastic surgery you will leave home as soon as your health condition is stable, and you will be instructed to wear tight clothes that adhere to your thighs for 6 weeks after the surgery. You will feel some intense pain and discomfort for about 48 hours after surgery—postoperative recovery is generally fast, but scarring and swelling will last longer—scarring is evident from 6 to 12 months. Although it is recommended to start with short walks as soon as the next day after the surgery, it is still recommended to keep your physical activities moderate for at least a month to a month and half after surgery.

Neck Lift - A Great Way to Fight Signs of Aging
Once thought of as a big and intimidating surgery, neck lifts are becoming a very common procedure. These days, neck lift surgery helps remove excess slump in the neck region, which ends up giving a person a larger bodily exterior. A neck lift surgery will provide an individual with a slimmer and a much younger appearance. People usually combine a neck lift with a face lift in order to create a more balanced appearance above their shirt collars.
What is a Neck Lift?
Neck lifts are surgical procedures which help reduce excessive fat in the neck region in order to leave the patient with a slender and firm appearance. In the neck lift procedure, the surgeon makes a series of small incisions or cuts behind the ears and under the chin in order to drain out the excess fat deposits from under the patient’s neck skin and also to pull the skin tight from behind the ears and chin after the completion of the procedure. Once this skin has been pulled tight the surgeon will then stitch the incisions or cuts and cut off any excess skin. Patients usually feel some discomfort for the first day or two after completion of the surgery however, in general, neck lifts are considered to be painless. Once you have found the perfect physician and have discussed your medical history and shared your expectations, it is time to discuss the different types of surgery so that you can make a choice that works for you because there are several different ways that the neck lift surgery can be performed. The most widespread and common ones are:
• Cervicoplasty
This procedure particularly targets excessive neck skin. This phenomenon can be caused by a genetic disposition or a recent drop in weight.
• Platysmaplasty
This procedure tightens up, reconstructs and removes loose neck muscles that give the area a droopy and old appearance. This operation is recommended for people who have "turkey necks," which occur when an individual's neck muscles start to loosen up.
• Neck Liposuction
This procedure involves removing extra neck fat from the area. Neck liposuction is recommended for individuals who are overweight and have excessive fat in the neck region.
Despite the fact that these three surgical procedures are common neck lifts, there is another method of tightening up the neck area without having to undergo surgery, and that is Botox injections. Botox injections are used to reduce the appearance of ‘bands’ which are like lines that run vertically between the chin and the base of the neck. The Botox attacks the platysma muscle, which diminishes the appearance of these lines on the neck, called bands.
A neck lift alone normally takes roughly two to three hours to complete, with a ten to fourteen day recovery time after the operation. The cost of a neck lift varies depending on the extent of the procedure that you have done. On average, a neck lift costs between $5,000.00 to $8,000.00.

Plastic Surgery Procedures that makes you feel perfect.
Nowadays, people are more interested in enhancing or maintaining their body and face contours as compared to the past. People undertake plastic surgery in order to get rid of scars, or skin defects, or a deformation resulting from a trauma or accident, or due to a reconstructive purpose to enhance their appearance. Plastic surgery procedures are becoming more common with every passing day. Both men and women are equally opting for it as they are less expensive now, and with improving technology, the impact of the surgery has also became minimal. Some of the most common plastic surgery procedures that are being chosen by people are discussed below:
Breast Reconstruction
Breast reconstruction is often done on patients suffering from a partial or complete mastectomy. The breast is reconstructed through a DIEP (Deep Inferior Epigastric Perforator) flap method, in which the abdomen's DIEP’s skin tissues, fat and blood vessels are transferred to the chest, where they are connected to the existing blood vessels of the chest.
Liposuction
Liposuction is carried out on overweight people to remove extra fat from their body. The surgeon uses cannulas to suck out the extra flab of fat from the desired area. Liposuction is usually performed to have a flat abdomen, but it can also be performed on the buttocks, thighs or neck areas to remove excessive fat.
Skin Grafting
Skin grafting procedures are usually done on burn victims. The burned skin is replaced by skin taken from the other body areas. The transplanted skin is layered on the burned skin through stitches and the surgeon ensures that it remains smoothly and closely attached to wounded site.
Lip Implants
A lip implant is a reconstructive surgery that people opt to have to get fuller and voluptuous lips. Lip implants are also done to rectify any deformity in the lips. Gore-Tex material is used to fill the lips to make them look plump and full.
Rhinoplasty
By having rhinoplasty, the appearance or function of the nose can be improved. The size, width, shape and alignment of the nose can be corrected by the surgery. Nasal problems, like breathing issues or sinuses can also be treated by rhinoplasty.
Sclerotheraphy
Sclerotheraphy is used to treat spider veins that are a result of weight gain, pregnancy, or heredity. A sclerosing solution is injected that collapses the veins and hides them from view.
Laser Resurfacing
Laser resurfacing surgery is used to treat acne scars, wrinkles, laugh lines or aging lines around the eyes, mouth and forehead.
Otoplasty
Otoplasty is a surgery for the ears. Patients who have deformed ears, or have large ears, may undergo Otoplasty to have the skin or cartilage of the ear repositioned to bring the ear in proper proportion with the head.
Mastopexy
Mastopexy is a surgery performed on sagging breasts to raise or reshape them. In mastopexy, the extra skin of the breasts is removed to lift them up by repositioning the nipples and tissues.
Blepharoplasty
Blepharoplasty is basically an eyelid surgery. With aging, or due to some type of accident, the eyelids drop and sag over the eyes, or bags are formed below the eyes. Blepharoplasty is done to get rid of the problem by removing the muscle, skin, or extra fat around the eye.

Basic Facts about Arm Lifts- What patients need to know.
An arm lift is a plastic surgery procedure that is also known as brachioplasty. Essentially, this is a procedure in plastic surgery that removes extra, saggy skin that remains after significant weight loss. After an individual loses lots of body weight, this is especially evident on the arms, legs and stomach area where skin has stretched the most and is now left sagging and loose—no exercise can tone this excessive skin, only a surgical procedure can remove it and give this underarm region a toned and slimmer appearance.
Who Chooses an Arm Lift?
If an individual has sagging skin on their arms, either due to significant weight loss, or due to older age, this can be a reason to avoid wearing shirts with short sleeves. Thanks to arm lift surgery, the arms will develop a toned look once again and help the individual restore self-confidence once again.
Who is a Good Candidate for an Arm Lift?
If you are considering this type of procedure, it is worthy to know some basic facts about it, and to have pragmatic expectations about the results. It is important to choose plastic surgery because you want it yourself, and not because you want to satisfy someone else's expectations. It is also equally important that you are in a excellent physical and psychological condition. Besides being in good health, it is also better if you don't smoke, because the healing process will go smoother and faster.
Since an arm lift is often performed on individuals who have lost significant weight, it is also important that this weight loss is finished (i.e. that person has generally lost the majority of excessive previous weight), and also the achieved weight is stable for some time (i.e. that the person isn't on a weight gain again, as this could pose an obstacle in the skin healing process). Excessive skin with low elasticity is a good predisposition for this arm lift procedure.
Consultations about an Arm Lift
When you have set your mind that you want to get an arm lift, it is important to choose a good plastic surgeon. Go have consultations about an arm lift with a plastic surgeon who is Board Certified, i.e. who has been professionally acknowledged for his/her work. A practiced surgeon will check out the condition of the skin on your arms, evaluate your overall health condition, discuss your expectations with you and tell you the expected outcome. A professional plastic surgeon will warn you about the potential health risks associated with this surgery in your particular case and tell you what to expect post-surgical recovery. It is important to know that the post-operative period can be painful and will carry certain restrictions for some period of (recovery) time.
Arm Lift Surgery
After you arrive to the surgeon's center, you will be prepared for surgery and will receive an anesthetic. An arm lift procedure takes anywhere from 60 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the amount of excessive skin that has to be removed.
The incision are located on the inner side or the back of your upper arm, and how long it takes depends on the amount of excessive skin that has to be removed.
Recovery from an Arm Lift
The pain and discomfort after surgery will last approximately 48-72 hours, while a restrictive amount of activities should be followed for up to month—month and half. Your surgeon will tell you exactly for how long you should avoid certain activities.

Breast Reduction Surgery – Get the Breasts you desire.
There are a large number of women who enjoy having large breasts. However, there are many who do not feel comfortable and become irritated with their large bosoms. For all such women reduction mammoplasty is the best possible solution.
What is Breast Reduction?
It is basically a procedure in which the size and volume of the breasts is reduced by removing the excessive amount of fat or glandular tissues. The breasts are reshaped through an incision. The overly large breasts are mostly saggy, so the reduction mammoplasty is most of the time carried out with uplift surgery to bring the breast in a firm and toned shape. Nipples can also be re-positioned during breast reduction surgery.
Why Women Opt for Breast Reduction?
Women want to reduce their breast size due to various physical and psychological reasons.
• Psychologically, women with big breasts feel conscious about their appearance and feel hesitant to mingle with people.
• Women with huge breasts find difficulty in selecting properly fitting dresses or bras.
• Large breasts can cause back and shoulder pain due to extra weight on their chest.
• Women with large bosoms face the problem of skin irritation and rashes under their breasts.
There are three forms of breast reductions which are discussed below:
Anchor Incision Breast Reduction
An anchor incision breast reduction is also known as wise pattern or keyhole reduction. For the removal of fat and glandular tissue, the patient would have three different, however joined incisions. In this approach the nipples are also re-positioned on the breast mound to a better and higher aesthetic place. A periareolar cut is used in the surgery, then an upright cut from the base of the areola to the inframammary fold, and then over the regular crease of the breast will be the inframammary cut.
Vertical Breast Reduction
In vertical breast reduction a periareolar cut is used encompassing the areola or the nipple complex, and a vertical cut is used from the base of the areola to the regular bosom fold. It is a less obtrusive variant because only two joined incisions are utilized which lessens the pain endured by the patient. This reduction approach keeps the patient away from the inframammary incision's degenerative impact and also the patient takes less time to recover.
Breast Liposuction
As compared to the above two breast reduction approaches, liposuction is a negligibly obtrusive choice for ladies. It is adaptable for those women who don't oblige a vertical or anchor incision procedure. Liposuction is viable at evacuating a lot of breast fat which has not been dispersed through an eating regimen and practice alone, but rather is not a decent decision for ladies with vast glandular bosom. For ladies who don't want to experience full open bosom surgery, liposuction is an impeccable decision.
Things to Consider after Breast Reduction Surgery
After the breast reduction surgery, the patient needs to keep the following things in mind:
• During the recovery period, wear un-wired supportive bras.
• Do not do strenuous activities or cause stress on your shoulders.
• Do not lift heavy weights.

Facial Surgery makes you feel Young
A face lift is plastic surgery that essentially tightens the skin on the face in muscle directions that gives a natural, youthful look, and enables a person to appear younger than their actual age. A complete face lift involves stretching and tightening of the forehead, temporal and medium part of face as well as the neck. This surgery enables a "loss" of 10 years in age. Muscles are lifted and tightened, as well as the skin on the face and neck. The scar is hidden behind the ear and under the hair. It is possible to combine a face lift with other facial cosmetic interventions, such as dermabrasions, Botox injections, fillers, and fat implants in cheeks and chin.
When to Choose a Face Lift
Every individual faces the aging process, sooner or later. This unflattering process is particularly evident on our face, no matter how much we invest in cosmetic to preserve a youthful and fresh appearance. Aging manifests itself through sagging facial skin, lasing fat tissue in the cheeks and the formation of lines from the nose to the mouth (nasal-labial wrinkle) as well as formation of wrinkles around lips and in the region of the lower jaw. Face aging is followed by aging of the neck skin and muscles; this is a combined process that happens on all structures. Time leaves evidence, unavoidable marks, when nothing can help: fillers, Botox injections or surgery on the eyelids if you are over 45 years of age—this is when only a face lift will yield successful results in erasing signs of aging.
Around the age of 45, is the general age when a face lift is recommended but that isn't written in stone—for some individuals, aging starts sooner, facilitated by certain factors, such as natural skin characteristics, lifestyle (diet, alcohol, smoking), and of course, genetics.
Types of Face Lifts
A face lift can be done on one area of your face or on the entire face.
A midface lift involves “lifting” (tightening) the medium area of face. This plastic surgery is a good choice for younger patients as well as those who want faster recovery. This surgery helps with aging on the medium region of the face, particularly the sagging of cheeks, under the lower eyelid and above upper lip.
A face lift (Rhytidectomia) involves the lifting and tightening of 2/3 of the lower face area and neck, diminishing the deep face lines that stretch from nose to the corners of the mouth, and removal of fat tissue on the edge of the lower jaw. This is done through the removal of excessive skin and the tightening of muscles. Recovery is longer after this surgery, but the result is a refreshed, younger and more attractive face.
How is a Face Lift Performed?
This plastic surgery is performed under total anesthesia, and the patient goes home the next day. Generally, the incision starts deep in the temporal area, moving toward ear, going behind it and along hair on the neck. After the incision, the skin is lifted in the area of the cheeks, lower jaw, and neck, and the muscles of face are tightened and lifted to oppose the direction of gravity. Excessive skin is then removed, and surgical threads are placed. After surgery has been finished, bandages are placed around face and they are removed after 24 hours.
After face lift surgery, the patient will feel pain and discomfort in the area of the face and neck for 48-72 hours, and swelling will be present for 7-10 days.
A face lift can also be performed with ultrasound, with the effect as good as in traditional surgery.
After this type of face lift, the recovery lasts from 7 to 15 days, which gives the patient more satisfaction because with fast results also comes a shorter recovery period.

Plastic surgery has become a very popular trend. There are a lot of people getting some work done. Buttock augmentation is a type of surgical procedure which re-shapes the butt, and it is now one of the easiest ways of getting a perfect posterior. It removes the excessive fats from other parts of the body through the procedure of liposuction and transfers the fat to the buttocks. Mostly women’s are ones who choose to have buttocks lift surgeries, which are able to attain a body to their liking. This procedure can also be beneficial to men who are conscious about their body.
One way to undergo a butt lift is through fat transfer surgery. Fat transfer involves the surgeon using liposuction to remove fat from one region of the body and then injecting it into another part of the body that needs to be lifted. The procedure starts by making a tiny hidden piercings or cuts in the area for liposuction. In general patients are knocked out for put to sleep for the procedure; however, many opt to have the surgery done while they are awake.

Breast Augmentation – The Lust for Fuller and Tighter Breasts
Women love to have large and full breasts. However, it is a natural phenomenon, so every woman’s breast shape and size is different from others and those who have smaller size breast may choose to have a Breast Augmentation.
What is Breast Augmentation?
Breast Augmentation is a cosmetic surgery done to resize or enhance the shape of woman’s breasts. It is also known as breast mammoplasty and it is done by using breast implants. Breast size can be increased to one or more cups through the breast augmentation procedure. The demand for breast implants is growing globally. In the UK, it is one of the most popular cosmetic surgeries, and in the last twenty-five years its demand has risen by 39%. During 2007, around 40,000 breast enhancement surgeries were performed in the USA only. Breast implants are not only enhance the contour of a woman’s body, but also make them attractive from a sexual point of view.
Why Women want Breast Augmentation
There are varying reasons regarding why women choose to have breast implants. Some of the main reasons are:
• When women feel their breast size is inappropriate as per their body size.
• When the breasts are developed unevenly.
• To reduce the sagging effect and to have fuller breasts.
• When the size of the breasts are shrunk due to pregnancy or any other reason.
• When women have gone through a mastectomy (breast removal due to cancer).
• To replace the existing breast implant material.
Silicone or Saline Filled Breast Implant
There are a number of breast augmentation processes your cosmetic surgeon can offer. The most common ones are the silicone breast implants and saline filled breast implants. An elastomer sac made of silicone or saline is inserted in the breast tissue. In the case of saline filled breast implants, a sterile saline liquid gel is filled in the sac and for the silicone implant; silicone is injected in the elastomer sac depending on the size of the breast you require. Silicone breast implants are not allowed until you are 22 years old. Whereas you should be above 18 years of age to consider having the saline filled breast implant surgery.
Round and Tear Drop Shaped Implant
At the same time, after selecting the material, you need to select the shape of the implant, whether you want a round shape or a tear drop shape implant. The round shaped implants are symmetrical which makes them easy to insert within the incision. They are less costly as compared to the tear drop shaped implant, however some women feel they look unnatural because human breasts have more of a curve at the bottom and are flattened from the top. The tear drop shape implant looks natural, but they are expensive—almost double the price of round implants. The surgeon needs to insert them precisely due to their asymmetrical shape. There are also two surfaces to choose from, textured or smooth. The tear drop shape implant should be in a textured surface, so the implant can hold the tissues properly and they do not rotate. Lastly, after breast augmentation, it is necessary to visit your doctor once in a year.

Top cosmetic doctor warns of risky new trend
A top beauty doctor has warned of the risks of 'genital enhancement' after being inundated with requests for cosmetic jabs for the penis and vagina.
Harley Street skin specialist Dr Neetu Nirdosh says requests range from anal bleaching to having the labia and the penis plumped using dermal fillers.
According to the medic, such intimate treatments are not only unnecessary but can also result in painful swelling, nerve paralysis, bleeding and other complications.
'Simply put, a lot of women want a "young vagina",' explains Dr Nirdosh. 'They don't like the aesthetic look of a saggy, deflated floppy vagina and see cosmetic dermal fillers as saviour.
'But while they can make your hands and face look up to a decade younger, there are more risks associated when you apply them to genitals.'
Such risks include nerve paralysis, bleeding, swelling and loss of sensation during sex.
'The extra risk is because of the vast amount of nerves and blood vessels around the clitoris, labia and urethral opening,' says Dr. Nirdosh.
'To put it simply, the vagina might look prettier afterwards but it won't be worth it if it doesn't work in the long term - that is the risk you are taking.'
She also warns that some of the clients asking for such treatments could be suffering from body dysmorphia - a condition that sees sufferers fixate on their looks, often negatively.
'I always refuse to do these sorts of treatments because I prefer to stick to what I know about, which is making women look naturally beautiful.
'Injecting genitals and using non surgical procedures such as dermal fillers or botox has risk associated with it.'Moreover, I suspect many people requesting this sort of thing have body dysmorphia as there is no real underlying problem.' Although labiaplasty surgery - where the labia is reduced during an operation - is not uncommon and can sometimes be necessary for medical reasons, the surge in demand for fillers is new.
